Hello everyone. District 7  IEs are Saturday. I'm very excited, but I'd like to ask a big favor!

Does anyone have the Man of la mancha soundtrack with accompaniments?

I know, it's super late but all we have now is a stupid MIDI file that will probably be our death. So if there is a kind heart  out there that posseses and is willing to send that song or perhaps even the sheet music (golden helmet of mambrino) to me, please contact me. I'd be eternally grateful.

My AIM is jonr7007.

Okay, so my amazingly talented friend JESSICA is an East Coast finalist in the Be Wicked! singing contest. She's got an incredible voice and deserves your vote, and all you have to do is go to www.wicked-week.com, register (it only takes a second!), and vote for her under "For the Wicked Fan Only". She's listed as "Jessica, 14, from Florida".

If you watch all the videos, you'll see that Jessica's the best one there. Please vote! Thank you!

Heyy guys!

I hope all of your summers are going well! I can't believe next year I'm going to be a senior!! And it'll be my last year of high school theater! :-(

Anyway, do ya'll know what you're doing for districts this year? I think I've got a lot of mine planned out, but I'm not 100% sure yet. I know for sure I'm doing a solo this year!

And what else.. Oh yeah! I don't know if it's the same for all of you, but the Grad Night that Cardinal Gibbons seniors are signed up for is Friday night during STATES. I'm so torn! It sucks big time!

Anyway, see you all in december!

'Woodhouse Grove' written by Walter Hollmann and directed by Nickie Helin

'At Long Last' written by Allie Longworth and directed by Amanda Toomey

Wednesday, May 10th 2006 at 7:30 P.M.
$3 for Students
$5 for Adults
Dessert will be served.

WOODHOUSE GROVE: By Walter Hollmann. Dr. Hector Gabriel has been murdered, and everyone is a suspect: His beautiful wife, Solange, desired by many. Her unbalanced sister, Giselle, who speaks in riddles. The lord of the manor, Paul Devlin. His loyal housekeeper, Mrs. Wickham. It's up to Inspector Christie to find out who done it!

AT LONG LAST: By Allie Longworth. Sarah, a 17 year old high school student, has liked Caleb since the minute she laid eyes on him. He has done everything but date her best friend (though he almost did go there) to torture her during the time of her liking him, and she has finally had enough. Sarah gets up the nerve to tell Caleb how she feels with all her friends there watching. She’s sure it’ll be a train wreck, but deep inside she hopes she’ll wind up with the boy of her dreams… at long last.

Why do I have the feeling that this is nothing good?

A comedy of errors! [28 Mar 2006|07:35pm]

ATTN: LEAD CRITICS [02 Mar 2006|06:30pm]

I am in DIRE need of a team to switch assignments with mine. North Broward's assigned to see Stage Door The Comedy of Errors at Deerfield Beach High School on March 31st, and I am the only team member who will be able to attend (we're having a Thespian gala that evening). Mrs. Sessions won't switch our assignment to another show unless I can find a team willing to be assigned to Deerfield's show in our place.

If you can take our spot at Deerfield' show, I'll bring you a cookie of your choice at the next Cappies show. I'm not kidding; I need this assignment changed.

(x-posted everywhere I can think of)

Hey guys, I'm a senior and I'm getting really desperate with searching for college audition material! I NEED HELP! My audition is Feb 24th and 25th for Florida School of the Arts and New World School of the Arts. I'm a Mezzo Soprano and I really enjoy fun out-there songs, and obviously anything currently broadway and other well known songs aren't a good idea.. I need a ballad and an up tempo...and a dramatic and Comedic Monologue. PLEASE if anyone has any suggestions I'd SO GREATLY APPRECIATE IT! Thank You!

P.S. Is anyone else here auditioning for those schools?

If anybody from Coconut Creek High is part of the community, can you tell me the details about your production of Twelfth Night? Time, date, price, and if it's free for those with Thespian cards... Thanks!!
